Yes! Our paddock is fully enclosed with secure fencing. We also have a separate, gated parking area to ensure safe entry and exit with no risk of unexpected dog encounters. Perfect for reactive or nervous dogs.

Yes, all visits must be pre-booked. This ensures safe, exclusive use and avoids overlapping with other dogs. Book your slot via our Booking Page.

Yes – we provide fresh water for dogs to drink, and cleaning facilities if your dog gets muddy. Please bring your own towel if needed.

You get exclusive use of a training area, covered seating, shaded tree areas (once established), and secure parking with separate entry/exit gates.

Yes! You can bring multiple dogs, up to 8. Please make sure they’re all under control and supervised at all times. We also offer group bookings on request. See our Pricing Page for details on additional dogs.

Yes, absolutely. Dog waste must be bagged and binned. Spare bags are provided, but bringing your own is appreciated.

Yes, children are welcome under adult supervision. However, they must not climb on any equipment for their safety.

Cancellation Policy – 10 Acre Tails

We understand that plans change. To help us manage the schedule fairly and maintain a smooth experience for all visitors, please review our cancellation policy below:

🕒 Standard Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your booking will be eligible for a full refund or free reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your booking are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances. Let us know as soon as you can.

⚠️ Exceptional Circumstances

If you are unable to attend due to an emergency (e.g. vet visit, illness), please contact us as soon as possible. We will always try to accommodate rescheduling at our discretion.

🌧️ Weather

The park remains open in most weather conditions. However, if severe weather makes the park unsafe (e.g. heavy snow, high winds, flooding), we may cancel your session and offer a reschedule or refund.

❌ No Shows

Missed bookings without prior notice are not eligible for refund or reschedule.
