2. What Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum information needed to provide our services:
- When you book a session: Your name and email address, collected as part of the checkout process through our payment provider Snipcart.
- When you contact us or leave a review: Your name, email address and the content of your message or review, submitted via our website forms.
We do not collect any special category data, nor do we knowingly collect information from children under 16.

3. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information for the following purposes:
- Gate access codes: We email you a unique access code for your booked session.
- Visit follow-ups: We may send you a reminder before your visit or a short follow-up message after your visit.
- Responding to enquiries: If you contact us or submit a review, we use your email to reply.
- Publishing reviews: If you leave a review, we may publish your name, star rating and review text on our website. Your email address is never published or displayed.
Our legal basis for processing your data is the performance of a contract (your booking) and our legitimate interest in communicating with customers about their visits.

4. Payment Processing
All payments are handled by Snipcart, a third-party e-commerce platform. When you make a booking, Snipcart collects your payment details directly. We never see, store or have access to your card or bank details.

5. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with any third parties for marketing or other purposes. The only external service that receives your data is Snipcart, solely for the purpose of processing your payment.

6. Cookies and Tracking
Our website does not use cookies for analytics or tracking purposes. We do not use Google Analytics or any similar tracking tools. Snipcart may set cookies strictly necessary for the shopping cart and checkout process to function.

7. How We Store and Protect Your Data
Your booking information is stored securely in our database. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Access to customer data is limited to the business owner.

8. How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain your booking records for up to 24 months after your last visit, after which they are deleted. Contact form messages are kept for up to 12 months. Published reviews are kept indefinitely unless you ask us to remove them.

9. CCTV
Security cameras are in use at the park for safety and security monitoring. CCTV footage is stored securely and retained for a limited period. It is not shared with third parties unless required by law or in connection with a safety incident.
