Terms and Conditions – 10 Acre Tails

By booking and entering 10 Acre Tails, you agree to the following terms and conditions to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all visitors:

  1. 1. Bookings

All visits must be pre-booked via our website or approved booking system and codes must not be shared with others. Time slots must be adhered to. Entry and exit should occur promptly to avoid overlap with other users. Bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable unless cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

  2. 2. Dog Supervision and Responsibility

All dogs must be always supervised by a responsible adult (18+). Owners are fully responsible for the behaviour, safety, and control of their dog(s) at all times. Dogs must be kept on-lead in the car park and only let off-lead inside the designated paddock area.

    • Dangerous Dogs Policy

At 10 Acre Tails, the safety of all visitors, both human and canine, is our top priority. We welcome dogs of all breeds and temperaments, including those that are reactive or require space. However, any dog that meets the requirements of the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991, under UK law must comply with the relevant legal requirements.

    • Legal Compliance

Owners of dogs listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 must:

      • Provide a valid Exemption Certificate.
      • Provide proof of third-party liability insurance.
      • Dog/handler ratio must be 1:1 with their registered owner/handler at all times unless with dogs from the same household
      • Ensure the dog is neutered, microchipped, and kept on a lead and muzzle until the park gate is shut
      • Please put the dog back on the lead and muzzle before leaving the park gate into the car park
      • Only dogs from the same household may use the park during this session

These conditions are a legal requirement and are strictly enforced for everyone’s safety. If not adhered to, we have the right to cancel the session.

  3. 3. Vaccinations and Health

All dogs must be up to date with vaccinations, worming, and flea treatments. Please do not bring your dog if it is showing signs of illness (e.g. vomiting, diarrhoea, coughing).

  4. 4. Cleanliness and Waste

Please clean up after your dog. Please use water facilities responsibly to clean your dog and provide a drink only.

  5. 5. Facilities Use

Agility equipment is used at your own risk. Please supervise your dog and use responsibly. Children are welcome but must remain under close adult supervision and are not allowed to climb on equipment. The covered seating and shaded areas are available for your comfort – please leave them clean and tidy.

  6. 6. Safety and Security

The site is fully fenced, but owners should still monitor dogs to avoid escape attempts or digging near fence lines. The secure car park must be used properly. Please follow the entry and exit system to avoid dog-to-dog confrontations. Only unload your car once the previous session has exited and gates are fully shut. We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask you to leave if these rules are not followed or if your dog poses a risk to others.

  7. 7. Liability

Owners use the park and car park entirely at their own risk. 10 Acre Tails accepts no responsibility for injury, illness, loss, or damage to you, your dog(s), or your property during your visit. By booking, you acknowledge that you agree to the terms and conditions and you have appropriate pet insurance for your dog(s).

  8. 8. Security Cameras

Cameras are in use at the park for security and safety monitoring.
